Board Spotlight on Kevin Rhodes
Kevin Rhodes is the Vice President of Ridge Tool Company, located in Elyria, Ohio. He became a board member of LGBTQ+ Lorain County this year. Part of his role as VP of Human Resources as well as his role on the LGBTQ+ & Allies Employee Resource Group at Ridge Tool Company is to support the health and wellness of his employees.
Kevin reached out to LGBTQ+ Lorain County so he could learn of the resources available to the LGBTQ+ Community and understand what gaps exist in our county. In doing so, Kevin got to know our organization and how we impact Lorain County. We are proud that Kevin decided to serve on our board. His connection to the businesses in Lorain County are invaluable as we continue to increase our partnerships.
